I cannot recommend Paula enough! I went in for a first time appointment with Paula to get my hair extensions tightened. From the moment sat down she made me feel so comfortable and welcome offering a drink.

Her salon is so clean and really nice. What I appreciated most was how she explained everything about the fitting of the extensions, and how the way I already had my extensions fitted could be improved by what she would usually do. She made sure I was happy with the process before moving on, which really put my mind at ease. I walked out feeling so confident and looked after. If you want someone who truly cares about the health of your hair and your comfort then I would recommend Paula every time.

Having moved to Burscough recently I was looking for a new hair salon and after an initial consultation with Paula, I booked in to have my extensions re-fit. I have to say the whole experience was amazing from start to finish.

Paula and the team looked after me from the moment I arrived and I felt truly pampered. I was also really impressed that not only did Paula refit the hair but gave my natural hair a full cleanse and conditioning treatment whilst she separately conditioned and prepped the extensions. Finished with a style by the lovely Rebecca I left feeling a million dollars.

Outstanding care and service, I would have given more stars if they were available!
